@ninjanerd8 great another non crossfitter butt hurt about something else. The point is to accomplish the workout with full ROM in the fastest time possible without compromising form. Is it that hard to understand?
We have to touch our toes...wonder how much that would make a difference here. Regardless, good work!

@Equanox214 its because the hard rubber soles are perfectly flat and won't compress so they are great for weightlifting.

Technically, xfit situps are supposed to be hands all the way back behind your head and then touching your toes, yes?
I mean, you still beast through this -- especially the double unders.

arm swing has always been allowed and his ROM was fine. awesome time. this took me 13 friggin minutes last week.
