  • @Equanox214 its because the hard rubber soles are perfectly flat and won't compress so they are great for weightlifting.

  • Technically, xfit situps are supposed to be hands all the way back behind your head and then touching your toes, yes?

    I mean, you still beast through this -- especially the double unders.

  • @Fatkaty very close, but hands over your head and when you come up to 90degrees put your arms to your side (in a L shape) and then push your chest through. also his feet should be like the butterfly stretch( the bottoms of his feet touching eachother)

  • @ninjanerd8 great another non crossfitter butt hurt about something else. The point is to accomplish the workout with full ROM in the fastest time possible without compromising form. Is it that hard to understand?
