The title is "Tell me why" and I assume it is an anonymous folk song. I do know that Estelle Liebling, her one and only teacher, taught it to her at an early age. I heard her sing it several times and it always made me cry - right from the first note. Thanks for taking the time to write, so glad you like this rare one.
