you can, but it is much harder. but you can always go to underground clubs ( yes, those are also hard to find without internet ) and chill there, speak with people about music and other things, ask what is playing atm ect.
i remember a year ago, winter... i was listening to this song while i was sitting in a train in the evening and it was one of the most nostalgic moments i've ever had.
