Why isnt that sakura player using Ultra in the 1st or 2nd round? he could have won in the 2nd round with an ultra when balrog was open but he didnt, instead went with a dragon punch and lost it... --_-- could have won in the 2nd round.

prolly doesnt have the habit of using ultras..i dont either...i think its extremely cheap even for a win..i only link it with combos

Good on Boxer for his sportsmanship, but if you want to win, it makes more sense to turtle after you get a sizable life lead.
