Another idea to stop this from looking like a marketing spiel:

Either have someone interview you and ASK you the questions, and you give your answers, in which case you can continue looking away from the camera,

OR

Continue to be the only speaker, but look into the camera and talk to the audience.

I'd suggest the interview as it's less intrusive to your viewers.

Hi Kimberly, I just have some tips on your video.

Drop the background music because it sounds like an 80s infomercial.

Speak more naturally, not like you are scripted. Of course you have a script, but you REALLY sound like it. Try to sound more like you're just talking to someone.

The images you're giving off is, "I'm a salesperson!"

What you should be giving off is, "I am an expert on aphasia and would like to help anyone interested in tackling this problem".
