Had this song playing while it was raining and ended up running back and forth to stop water from falling on the ground with towels, this was a fitting song. Haha
Great song from a great movie (The Breakfast Club).
They don't make great movies like The Breakfast Club. The 80s were perhaps the greatest decade ever as a whole for music, movies, video games (beginning of Nintendo), cd players being first made, etc.. Just such an amazing decade.
One thing is for sure.....this decade has fucking blown. I'd give up today's luxuries like the internet and stuff to go back to the 80s and live in that decade if I could.
Wang Chung are underrated but i wouldn't say there the most underrated band of the 80's there's loads that didn't even have any top 40 hits wang chung had 5
It's not like I'm going to hit on some young, 17 yr old junior while I'm running through the hallways and go "hey how are you today"? and then ...Wow would you look at the time ,I've got to go um, do some lawn work.
Anyway, maybe if you tried to become a teacher, you'd be more likely to have the right putting this song at full blast while you run through the hallways during break time!
Songs like this are so good; they aren't even worth taking for granted!
With all this fucked up hip hop and post-grunge bullshit. It is a blatant sign of discrepancies in music genres.
I mean, Wang Chung was really committed to danceability. I think dancing to the music is about the special effects; not the sexually suggestive vocals!
Radio plays too much bullshit; and MP3 players shield you from it.
I really want to go to the nearest high school and run through the halls with this song playing...But I'm 34 and would end up in a jail cell and trying to explain this! This song, To Live and Die in L.A. and Dance Hall Days are in my opinion their best.
@maw17champ so you've never seen the movie? that's kind of sad. I just figured you would have considering the beginning of the song says "from the breakfast club soundtrack". but you know you should watch it it's a really good movie
"Shit! Great idea, jag-off! Fuck you! Fuck you, why didn't you listen to John? We're dead! No, just me! Why? Get back to library, keep your unit out of it!"
Had this song playing while it was raining and ended up running back and forth to stop water from falling on the ground with towels, this was a fitting song. Haha

@generalnsj I agree. They couldn't really remake it anyway. School policy has changed, so they couldn't really 21C'ise it.
