Okay, here's the video's plot.

The chubby guy in the suit gets poisoned by his wife, the brunette who's shown being arrested at the end and is shown in jail earlier. The kid eating the sandwich at the end is his memory of his happy childhood. The monkey kids on bikes represent the invading virus that he's been poisoned with (also represented by the cartoon diagrams of white & black particles inside his body). The train crash is his moment of realization, and the turning point of his recovery.
