it is on mm2x (type that into google)
first link, click on cars, ferrari, and then download the ferrari 360 (made by europacar)
then extract it from your zip file
and then extract it to your hard drive(e.g C:)
AND PUT IT IN C:Program Files/Microsoft Games/Midtown Madness 2
