For those asking, Yeltsin was commenting that reporters had said the day before that the meeting was going to be a disaster. He then went on to say "Now you're the disaster" aimed at the reporters. This was already a funny statement but Clinton then added that they should be sure to get theright attribution, ie, that Yeltsin was aiming the comment at reporters and not him.

Dies war jedoch überhaupt nicht der Fall. Jelzin sagte deshalb nach dem Treffen, er können den Medien nun erstmals sagen, «dass Sie eine Katastrophe sind». Clinton musste sich daraufhin vor Lachen krümmen und konnte sich kaum erholen. 1:1 Übersetzten kann ich leider auch nicht :D
