The sacrificial system is not in operation today because God has removed Himself from this earth. When the Temple was destroyed in 70AD, it followed decades of God's withdrawal from human affairs. The temple symbolises God's presence on the earth.
There is a heavenly temple in Heaven, where Jesus intercedes with the Father. Jesus sacrifice paid the penalty for sin, and since no physical temple stands today with God's presence in it, no sacrifices are required.

Jesus did not fulfill the law. That is an error! Jesus did not fulfill the Feast of Trumpets, Day of Atonement or the Feast of Tabernacles, these are future fulfillments when Jesus returns, locks Satan up for 1000 years, and establishes God's Kingdom on the earth.
Jesus only fullfilled the requirement to be a sacrificial lamb for us so that He could redeem mankind. But, as the Jews rightly point out, Jesus failed in His mission, because He has not redeemed Israel or established God's Kingdom.

Christianity is not anti-semitic. Followers of Jesus believe what the scripture says about the Gentiles being the 'new vine' grafted into the 'true vine' (the Hebrew nation.) Jesus was a faithful Jew and told His followers to keep obeying the Torah (Matthew 5:17-19). The early disciples were Jews observing Judaism. The New Testament can only be understood from a Hebraic or Jewish perspective. Today, we would call the Jesus movement, Messianic Judaism.
Christianity began centuries after Jesus and is unlikely to be the original Jesus movement.

Turning the other cheek instead of an eye for an eye and loving your enemies was a different teaching to the Torah. This was strange doctrine to the Hebrews of the day. I agree He came to fulfill the law. 'Fulfill' meaning to complete, finish etc. Therefore the Torah was not complete or finished and was set in place so that no one could adhere to it. Very little. Jesus' death did not end sacrfices, they continued when the Temple still stood until 70AD. The Romans ended the sacrificial system in 70AD when they destroyed the Temple, not Jesus. Paul offered purification laws at the Temple after Jesus' death (Acts 21:26).

Obviously biblical scholarship is not your strong point. Jesus died in 30AD (correct year), and the Jews continued the sacrificial system for another 40 years, not 70 years.
Acts 15:21 :For Moses has had throughout many generations those who preach him in every city, being read in the synagogues every Sabbath.
The Gentiles were required to go to the synagogue every Sabbath to hear the Law of Moses. Acts 15 is just rules so that Gentiles can go to the synagogue and fellowship with Jews.
