    3.0 is better for sure, but my last two jobs (this one included) we use 2.0 for whatever reason, so...

  • Do you know hot to make a movieclip when is being in hitTest to play a sound???

    I tryed this: if(_root.mpla.hitTest(this)){l­oad(Sound)}

    but didn't worked.. Do you know the code for playing sounds?

  • tell target a movie clip to gotoandplay that has a sound when detected

    Made a separate movie clip

    with like 2 frames

    and make the first frame empty with a Stop() function in it.. then the 2cnd frame with the sound, then make the code play that movie clip with the sound?

    Would that work?

  • @danscourses Yeah... There actually two ways: The simple movieclip play way whitch is the most easy and basic to figure out, and the other is to make a

    var sound:Sound=new Sound();

    After that when you type again the variable, flash will give ya some choices that
