@xXbestefarXx i hear you -- but it's subjective, so it's not worth debating. obviously, my opinion is that patton reigns supreme - take one look at the kid's resume. and that's the end of that!
Damn I love this song. Sounds like a mix of rockabilly, metal, and some usual strange bungle shit. Fucking awesome. I actually would prefer a bungle comeback much more than Mike's other bands. It was his first band anyway, guys who started playing death metal and went on to be some of the most skilled musicians in rock.
So sad that they split after being together for 15years since teenagers, I hope one day they get back together and explore completely different genres, again, If they havent covered everything already that is
This is still today the best live show i ever been to, so glad to find it here and that someone filmed it. the tension in the crowed felt abit hostile thow,.. other then that, Patton and the rest of the band were amazing
Aw hell, enough of this double-decade morning quarterbacking shit: they are great. I just wished they had gotten the commercial rewards I think they deserve (and I'm sure the band REALLY wanted under all the pretense at that time).
Where are they now??
Mike - Amazing prolificacy. SF. Sold the place in Bologna, IT?
To this day,I believe if they had put out Squeeze Me Macaroni as the 1st single and MTV video they would be Chili Pep size. Instead they made a twisted-ass video for Travolta the suits at MTV couldn't stomach (pedophilia references and whatnot). Yeah, yeah artistic integrity and all that shit. They made the video they wanted to make, blah, blah. Wished they had done that shit AFTER they had mucho momentum with a hit single or 3. Kristin Yee managed them at the time? I'd love to know WTF happened
Sure do miss Bungle. I remember when their 1st "major" album came out on Warner. Summer of '91, Hawaii, a buddy got me the cassette(!) from the only shop on the island that had it; remember having to "get used" to some of the tempo/arrangement changes of songs from OU818 since I had listened that demo into the ground. Just finished the semester at HSU, music classes (and jamming) with Trevor and Trey; convinced when I came back to the mainland that they were going to fucking RULE the airwaves.
I was fortunate enough to see them on their last tour after this CD came out. Amazing. I couldn't appreciate it then, but I Remember it and it was awesome.
Heh. I was way up in the balcony. A fantastic gig and perhaps the most unintentionally funny support act I've ever seen; that plastic pint pot arcing through the air in slow motion and the lager (or piss) that was in it hitting her sqaurely in the mush right on cue. Serves her right for being arsey when everyone shouted "fuck off!" when they wanted everyone to call out the magic word.
Im really counting myself lucky to have been there that night. Apparently this was the last recorded gig of theirs. Almost didnt go. My bud who I went with had got the shit kicked out of him that very morning. But as much as a wreck as he was that day we still made it coming in at the end of the opening Barcarach cover, despite the best efforts of the cabs in London that night. An awesome night of bungledelic weirdness never to be forgotten.
hahaha yeah same, now its just sleek all the time, need abit of movement now and again so we know its real hehe
And thnaks so much for loading this vid!! I love a man in uniform hahaha :P Why did Bungle actually break up?? Theyre so original! Its not fair to us kids born in the wrong era who wernt alive to appreciate the grace years they were around!!

The split because of egos. Mainly with Trey and Patton I think.
