  • Polish version Honeymooners is the best. /watch?v=cXzI8S-pLns

  • Nie ma porównania z Polskimi Miodowymi Latami!! Kto sie zgadza??

  • my aching back, with Uncle Leo, "its good to see you Ralph"

  • can anyone tell me what episode Jackie Gleason , when he gets hurt makes that strange moaning sound?

  • "In the words of the immortal Francois de la Brioskee, Le PLUUUME.....Ah, shut up!"

  • Unless youtube pulls it I am uploading the Classic 39. Because I have an unlimited account (for length of video), I'm uploading them in some 2 hour blocks. If they soon disappear it's because they were snagged by youtube. Search: Honeymooners Classic 39 Part 1

  • THOSE WERE THE DAYS!

  • which came first? the flintstones or the Honeymooners?

  • @Opium1958 Honeymooners. Hannah-Barbera took the idea for the Flintstones from the Honeymooners. Jackie Gleason (creator and actor Ralph Kramden) even considered suing to take Flintstones off the air but decided against it once he was asked if he wanted to be the man to remove a show loved by both kids and their parents.

  • @scottflovin18 Woo you know alot about that stuff.

  • jackie gleason looks like peter griffin and the women looks like lois i bet this was seth mcfarlanes inspiration

  • thanks for posting

  • AWESOME show!

  • I love these old episodes.

  • Great job converting these. Looks/sounds GREAT!

  • Lol I seen that King of Queens episode. It was hilarious when Doug and Carrie played the parts of Ralph and Alice. xD

  • One the funniest sitcoms ever made. You will never see quality shows like this anymore.

  • 0:19 I remember on the cartoon Doug they had to spell antidisestablishmentarianism at a spelling bee, so maybe this is where they got the idea. XD

  • @PoisonOnHisLips lol probably and also Eminem in "Almost Famous"

  • Ah yes... Back when beating your wife wasn't politically incorrect :)

  • If the King of Queens was inspired by this show, then this show was inspired by Laurel and Hardy. Classic comedy always has a straight man with a buffoon. Look at Abbott and Costello.

  • This was a classic show. It goes back to the writing being the basis of greatness then you have the characters put the icing on the cake.

  • Ralph: Did you ever see a picture of me when i weighed 165 pounds

Norton: No Ralph i never did see your baby pictures

    lmao

  • Kramer=Norton

  • Holy High Quality, Batman!

  • alice is hot

  • I cannot watch this without making me cry for poor Alice.

  • @Diana51554 my gf is alice to hell with her one of these days im sending here to the moon with A POW RIGHT IN THE KISSER

  • Jackie wasnt going to hire Audrey Meadows originally cause he thought she was to glamourous for the role until she "downed" herself down just like Halle Berry did for Spike Lee.

  • I LOVED THE EPISODES WHEN THEY WERE ON TV.THANK GOD FOR PEOPLE LIKE YOU AND YOUTUBE WE CAN STILL ENJOY THE MOMENTS.PLEASE VIEW MY VIDEOS ON YOUTUBE AND GIVE ME YOUR RESPONSE.

  • whats adda matta wit choo

  • "BANG!! ZOOM!!"

  • I always thought Alice was so hot.

  • Is this Moe ? hahahahahahaha

  • This stuff is classic. In Delirious, Eddie Murphy does a great impression of these guys.

  • @ nobodysperfect06 It wasn't just the honeymooners that was used as an.idea for a cartoon series...sergeant bilko was the inspiration for top cat

  • Love it!

  • Great tv show

  • alice was the best role model ever!! She holds her ground, and, the episode in which Ralph is stating that men are more important and they know it all. He says 'There would be no America if it weren't for Christopher Columbus' and Alice says' There'd be no Christopher Columbus if it weren't for his mother' truly one of THE BEST LINES ever written and holds up in today's world more so. We loved this show as kids and I still love it as a grandma!!!

  • why is this such good quality?

  • 8:54 YouTube video: Classic funny moments from The Honeymooners.

February 26, 1916: birth of Jackie Gleason, American actor, writer, composer, and comedian (d. 1987). He was known for his brash visual and verbal comedy style, especially by his character Ralph Kramden on The Honeymooners, a situation-comedy television series.

  • BABY this is the greatest!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • only norton puts ketchup on spaghetti love it!

  • The Flintstones were a cartoon takeoff on The Honeymooners..........as described by Hanna-Barbera........purposely. Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery.

    Steve

  • How come this isn't on TV now?

  • The clarity of the film/video is perfect!

  • antidisestablishmentheorinism? I was waaaay off lol

  • JohnBonini.....LMAO... Exactly

  • I'm a Mooney !

  • Honeymooners were loosely based on the movie Sons of the Desert (1933), Laurel & Hardy.

  • @EliteDisplayUSA no not really ..jackie gleason based this show and all its characters on people he knew and grew up with in brooklyn new york thats where the Honeymooners came from

  • @TheSteelersrock1010 He worked for my Grandfather he was a comedian at my Grandfathers Club and lived 3 houses down from where I live now in my Great Aunts house. Got nice pics of Jackie Gleason from way back before he became so famous. Love the show to this day!

  • Hamana hamana hamana........Ed Norton???

  • 2:45, "You think you're gonna win that ball?" Hahahahahahaha!!

  • alice always had a great come back this is a great show

  • Do you notice how similar Ed Norton and Kosmo Kramer are?

  • Don't worry Ralph -- I'll get the bread -- you just take it easy & relax, Buddy! How funny!!

  • Not only was gleason the funniest witht thebest body language. He wasa great seriious actor also. He played fats in the Hustler with Paul Newman. ALso , he was one o fthe greatest pool players in the world and did his own shots in the movie. Willie Mosconi did Newmans shots....

  • @k94845You are absolutely right!

  • @mxylpx thank you

  • Rofl.

  • Flintstones. Meet the Flintstones.

They're the modern stone age family.

    From the town of Bedrock,

They're a page right out of history.

Let's ride with the family down the street.

Through the courtesy of Fred's two feet.

    When you're with the Flintstones

you'll have a yabba dabba doo time.

    A dabba doo time.

You'll have a gay old time.

  • Greatest tv show of all time.

  • WHEN BROOKLYN WAS CIVILIZED.

  • Ralph Kramden is a lot like Fred Flintstone

  • @nobodysperfect06 flinstone is a lot like kramden

  • also the raccoon lodge is similiar to the water buffalo lodge

  • @nobodysperfect06 yeah the flinstones really ripped the honeymooners off

  • yeah, but Fred, Barney, Wilma, and Betty still ended up becoming pop-culture icons

  • also, Ralph Kramden dislikes, does not get along with Alice's Mom just as in the same way Fred Flintstone dislikes, does not get alone with Wilma's Mom

  • @nobodysperfect06 Uh, the whole "mother in law" thing predates The Honeymooners. It's a very old comedy cliche'.

  • @nobodysperfect06 Sure, but that's because Alice's mom is a BLABBERMOUTH!

  • @nobodysperfect06 No, you got it wrong. Fred Flintstone is a lot like Ralph Kramden!

  • @nobodysperfect06 Actually i heard that fred flintstone's character was based on ralph kramden hence the red headed wife.

  • @nobodysperfect06

Correction ...Fred Flintstone is a lot like Ralph Kramden

  • @nobodysperfect06 actually Fred Flinstone is ALOT like Ralph Kramden

  • @nobodysperfect06 The Flintstones was Hanna-Barbera's animated attempt to see how badly they could rip off The Honeymooners before anyone would notice, and find out just how many rock-related puns they could shove down America's throat in the process

  • @nobodysperfect06

fred flintstone was based on ralph.

  • @nobodysperfect06 The Flinstones was based on this show actually. lol

  • also, I believe Doug from the King of Queens was inspirated by Ralph Kramden right?

  • @nobodysperfect06 that's pretty cool.

  • @nobodysperfect06 thank you sir

  • @nobodysperfect06 The Flinstones was based off of this tv show.

  • @nobodysperfect06 and the other dude is like barney

  • @nobodysperfect06 THe Flintstones were actually supposed to be loosely based off of the characters from the Honeymooners!

  • @nobodysperfect06 yea except he yells more lol

  • @nobodysperfect06

The Flintstones are based off the Honeymooners

  • @nobodysperfect06

Fred Flintstone IS a lot like him!

    It was modeled after him

Barney is a lot like Norton too (I wonder why)

  • @nobodysperfect06 thats cause many people over the years have said that they based Fred character on Ralphs, this show came in 1955, the Flinestones came in 1960 or so.....goes to say probably they did .

  • @nobodysperfect06

    Please tell me you're joking...

  • @nobodysperfect06 Vice-versa; "The Flintstones" was entirely ripped off of "The Honeymooners"; Gleason considered suing them, but left it rather than just make a lot of lawyers rich.

  • @KaptKan1 You are right on the money. The Flintstones was a ripoff of The Honeymooners. Hell, there was an episode of the Simpsons where there was a trial about Plagiarism and the lawyer for the defense actually made the comment: "If no one plagiarized The Honeymooners, we wouldn't have The Flintstones."

  • miodowe lata

  • We have had in The Netherlands a Dutch Version of the Honeymooners called toen was gelukkig heel gewoon. It's playing in Rotterdam in a worling class neighbour called Feijenoord on the Oranjeboomstraat on the south part. And in the busdepot from the RET rotterdams public transport company. Jackie Gleason become play through Gerard Cox a Rotterdams actor. There are a few clips of that serie on you tube even.. 226 episodes in 15 years and 4 specials.

  • go Alice

  • remembers watching them as a kid

  • /watch?v=saWN_eXLnYk polish verion

  • One of the greatest shows ever!!!!!!

  • Entertainment at it's best, the writers today have lost the plot and are practically worthless after years of being dumbed-down by the establishment. I watched this as a kid and never appreciated just how attractive Audrey Meadows was, it's not lost on me now.

  • Hahahaha!!!!!

  • True & timeless comedy, w/no "F-bombs";

    Classic, great humor !

  • @jordanowen42 But where are those good old fashioned values, on which we used to rely?

  • @Velvet4U Is that 'family guy' ?

  • At 7:24 Carney's left bicep is beastily flexing and he looks like he works out.

  • king of queens beste leute!!!!!!!!!! alles andere müll!!!!!!

  • If you like this show, watch Lucky Louie. He was a big fan of the show too and did a sort of homage to the honeymooners, shooting it live and making these sets that were stark. Both are great shows I think in their own right.

  • ha ha ha ha ha ho ho ho ho he he he he!! giggle ha ha ha ha ha ho ho ho ho....this is the best!! Bang zoooom!

  • Sitcoms these days suck ass..Two and a Half Men.....blech.....
