Innovatek IN-4303 DTM In Dash DVD Player

does anyone know what i can do to get my Innovatek IN-4303 DTM to play dvds, cd etc... I put the disc in and it says loading then it says ERROR. Every type of cd, dvd mp3 no avail. Is there something im am missing? Also i hook up the parking brake wire to a ground. even with it un hooked from anything the player still trys to load the disc. i tried trolling the intertubes but have found very little in the way of help.. i think it might be the laser lens inside it, it prolly need a lens cleaner hope you can get it working again

i don't know what it was but i just hit it with a rubber hammer because i was angry. it works great now! it was on the side, not the face plate. waslike Fk this and pulled it out and hit it. plugged it in and WTF.

my innovatek stop playing because dust build up in the system. i used a cd cleaner with two brush (make sure to ask for the cd with brush on the bottom). i got the cd cleaner at radio shack for like $5 on sale. after i clean like 3-4 times it work for about 2-3months and have to clean again. innovatek sucks, i will not by anymore of innovatek- knock off. if it doesn't work try the hammering because it might just work or get a refund for it.

can someone tell me that if you just wire the power cords up 1.black. 2.yellow and red. is the dvd player suppose to play or do the rca jacks have to be plugged in

yellow (battery), red (acc/ignition) and black (ground) have to be wired for anything to happen. if u just want to test it without sound or anything, u can hook those 3 up by themselves and it should play. if u want sound as well, then the speakers do need to be hooked up as well. for most it's regular 16 gauge wire, then others it's 4 rca inputs. all of the plugs and what not on the back of the radio are for accessories, so they really have nothing to with playing anything in the cd slot

I love having my DVD player. I do wish I had a better remote with bigger buttons to surf through my MP3 folders. Now it's almost 2010 I'm sure you can probably get a bigger screen for the price I paid.

i bought an innovatek 4302 before 1 month and i am not satisfied too.paid 130 euro more for import taxes for greece and the unit is making a terrible noise due too the bad connection of the detachable face.bad quality. if i knew i wouldnt buy. i had a jvc before and its sound in comparison with the innovateks was much better.now i cant send it back because i will spend for the import taxes and the logistics much more than buying a new jvc or pioneer dvd player.you get what you pay!careful.

I had the replacement for about 1 month and so far so good. It took about 2 weeks to get my replacement place another fee to have it reinstalled again. I probably could have saved $100 buying a better name brand. The remote control no fun either, I have hard time surfing my MP3 folders vs. my old Mp3 CD player.

Remote control a pain. The television function on the CD player is useless. I never use it.

you know the wire that goes to the screen it got cut and i wana fix it lol
