You can use Genetic Woman, is better than Elephun because is a Wind/ Psychic and her effect is more fast. Wind-Up Juggler is useful in the deck, is a Wind/ Psychic with the effect of destroy barriers like reaper, collosal, and more.
U can try adding milling power, like card trooper and ryko's, then u can add Junk Synchron's for synchro fun. Also plaugespreader would fit in perfectly with the mill theme. Maybe try spiritiual wind art miyabi instead of iccarus.
@rshmong I see what your getting at, and if I get a quill pen I will test it at least, but I just don't like tengu, it's too broken! I like my deck to show a bit of myself when I 'throw down' and tengu isn't me

You should run 2-3x Junk synchron, 3x Reborn Tengu and 2-3x Quill Pen of the Gulldos. Junk synchron can 5 star synchro quick with winda usually in graveyard. Reborn Tengu is a wind monster and Quill Pen of the Gulldos brings back 2 wind monster from your graveyard to your deck and send a card on the field to the own's hand. It is a good way to recycle reborn tengu and use him more often. Gusto deck is a great recycling synchro deck. There are times I won without losing lifepoints with my Gusto.
