The slow background melodies really don't fit with the fast guitar. You either should make the background faster or the riffs slower. It now looks as if you put together two sound fragments together. Obviously you didn't, but they just don't seem to have been composed for eachother.

I never heard a decent elegtric guitar sample and this one is no different (maybe because im an audiofile guitarist it hearts my ears...) the only thing that I heard and was really good was a piano sample by a company called synthogy... the plugin itself called "Ivory" and it's not cheap at all... about 400$ and it takes something like 50Gb on your computer for 3 types of grand piano's (and you need a really strong computer and a tuch responsive keyboard)

the guitar riff that you used in this sounds like you took the tutorial of Devan trisect or whatever that is and just swaped around some notes and added some to it.Eather way I have done that and played with it too cuz its a bad ass riff but i dont think its right to call it your own.It is a copyright riff thats for tutorial purpose only and not to be remade as your own.But it is ok i dont care it sounds cool and all but just saying.=)

@Nic3Buxton yea its in a diffrent key.So what you did is opend up thats DEVIN TERICET Tutioral and right clicked on the guitar track,Opend it in piano roll.Then opend a new window and added a slayer guitar vst and Probaly crtl V pasted it in the piano roll then draged it down a octave or 1/2 step or sumthing and built off from there.And again its not entirley yours you just kinda did a remake/Or a Re"take" ;) still i am not trash talking just stating the obvious.

The only thing similar to this and the tutorial are the instruments and the relative tempo. otherwise the key is different, the bass and chord progressions are different, etc etc. thus, this is its own thing, and in all reality has little to nothing to do with the original tutorial
