I am a huge Ron Paul fan, and I have to say this parity is good for Ron Paul. Too often, Ron Paul is ignored by comedic media because he isn't saying stupid stuff like Rick Perry or Herman Cain. It helps Ron Paul to be made fun of.
However, the one thing I didn't like about this video was the glowing red eyes at the end. It didn't really add any comedic value, and it mainly seems to try and say Ron Paul is the devil.
