Rydar, I know you have probably figured this out by now, but the weapons you pick up are not disappearing, they are going into your inventory. The only weapons it shows for your hands are the ones you have equipped or the best ones in your inventory at the time. Also if you do the quest for Hank at the lifeguard station, he will fix a truck you can drive but I much prefer walking and exploring! Love the vids!

Rydar, kicking a zombie running at you will usually stun them and knock them down. giving you a chance to kill them when they're down.
