Baking soda is very good for acne and dark mark. Also an excellent natural exfoliate is using a fresh lemon and putting sugar on it and apply to your face. Follow up by moisturizing with either jojoba or grape seed oil and they don't clog pores. Hopes this helps. If you don't want to do all that drink fresh carrot and mix it with some apple an it will keep your skin clear during pregnancy and good for the baby also. Love your hair.

Exfoliating your skin about once a week will help with the dry skin. My dry skin used to show up through my foundation and a lady at one of the makeup counters told me to exfoliate to get rid of the dryness and dead skin. I hope that helps.
