I cant believe this. This has been my favorite Queen song. I remember buy the album and cassette when it came out when i was a teen. I could recite every word and NOT ONCE did i know that roger sang this song. I just assumed hearing Freddie on the intro and all the other that it was freddie. I feel embarressed that i did NOT know that Roger sang this song.
Bought the game on record in 97,found one in great condition. getting harder and harder to find decent originals now, hardly play any of them anymore. cd's.. bah..
@queenloverxx It's beautiful! Starts off slow with Freddie....then turns into a Roger Taylor romping rock song! Still love this song after all these years! The Game album was controversial with Queen fans because it was the first time they used synthesizers. It's still one of my favorite albums! I love how Brian's solo starts out so crazy...offbeat and seemingly impossible, lol.
One of my absolute favorite Queen, i love Queen, but this number. Wauuuww. I heard i 100 times a day when it came out, it still touch my heart deeply. Thanks Queen.
Roger Taylor, such a voice,he should have been up front more often vocally with Queen..no one is better than Freddie, let me make that clear lol,but "I'm in love with my car" for example..just awesome
@invisiblehaxOr Fuck you if you dont like this video then dont watch it fuck you fuck you QUEEN ROCKS fuck you hater your such a losser bitch son of a devil
It's so unfair to Brian and Roger that they're singing in the same band as Freddie - they are truly amazing vocalists, but seem quite mediocre in comparison.
@runwayblond Freddie doesn't sing on those tracks (obviously not the latter, may he RIP) - so they're not really good to compare - Because they are adapting their singing to the music, and it is too unique to each song to be able to compare vocals between different songs. A good example however is "Let me Live". Truly outstanding performances by all three, but freddie is still the better singer by far.
As we and they all knew.
Why else would Brian and Roger get another vocalist to their band?
I love this song. It has such good guitar riffs and a good melody and beat.
But the only problem with me is that it should of been about something else than just rock n roll. Roger should of wrote about like love or a different topic than just about rock.
Completely, utterly, without a doubt, no way no how, ridiculously and astonishingly underrated song. This was my favorite Queen song of all time....until Under Pressure.

@DamianFurioso Queen was first. They released this song on thier album "The Game" from 1980.The intro in this song is very similar to REM's hit "Everybody Hurts".
I remember the flak fans gave the band for having synthesizers for the first time. Well, it mattered so little. I think this was the best album they put out, period. This song reflects much of Taylor's solo aspirations (Fun in Space) but adds the "umph" required to pull it off. So, shoot and get your suit and come along with me!
@javierailovequeen I know..it must have been an answer to a comment that has been removed, because I answer " I like that you said he isn't instead of he wasn't" and I know that roger is alive, so we were talking about freddie :)
I remember when "The Game" came out, in 1980. I don't think ppl realize how huge Queen was, because in the 70's, they only had moderate success, but "News Of The World" 1978, and The Game, were albums in which about every song was good, and shot Queen straight to the top! Freddie R.I.P.
Yeah, maybe that was wrong. The point I was trying to make was that although they had some success with killer queen, (1974), bicycle race, bohemian, fat bottom, etc, the "Super Stardom" didnt come until 1978's "News of the world, followed by 1980's The Game.
