If I skipped two meals and smoked a joint before eating, I could *maybe* finish _half_ that monstruosity. And I'm a size XXL! How could those two extra large gentlemen managed to eat that much food? I don't care how fat you are, you can't chew that much without your jaws being in pain, without your throat getting sore and without your stomach demanding at least one bathroom brake.
