Well, the executive orders are all in place for such an occurance. All he needs is a made-up emergency. Could be any number of things either engineered or real such as a terrorist attack, pandemic, financial collapse, internet disruption, solar flares, multiple natural disasters, a meteor, food riots, etc.

Back in 1859 they had one called the "Carrington Super Flare" It fried a majoritiy of the telegraph wires in the US. If one were to hit now, every car containing a computer chip would be dead. No unshielded electrical equipment would work. It would basically throw us back to pre-electricity America except the vast majority of people would have absolutely no idea how to survive without their technologies.

It is the key to manipulating the vibrational frequencies of matter on a massive scale. In the end, everything is composed of energy. Protons, neutrons, electrons. If you can manipulate these, then you got yourself a lot of power.
@jailarson Perhaps you are correct. However, our politicians already did enough for us, the people, to take considerably more drastic steps than we do now. Our Founding Charter insists that we alter, abolish, or throw off our corrupt governments and institute new.
