I disagree that it must keep a tempo. To me, tango is one of the few types of music you can pull notes in. But either way it's a very nice song I didn't know what to make of the title.

We agree! Por Una Cabeza is a really sexy piece of music, and we always perform it unless told otherwise. But even then, we'll still try to sneak it into the evening's repertoire!

I love this amazing song. I even want to listen all kinds of versions.
However this version, make me disappointed and fidget...
It sounds that the players have "not bad" violin skill which make them easily handle this song with that kind of rhythm.
But sorry to say that I can NOT hear passion any more.For this song and for violin...
