3 of my friends and I went to the game that year and the OSU fans basically ran the place. The Purdue campus was quite nasty if I remember correctly, and I loved getting all of the dirty looks as we walked around the campus. I love being a Buckeye!!

Hey I was there and I had a damn good time watching OSU beating Purdue. I used to live in W. Lafayette on Klondike Rd. I got tix for my birthday from my parents and the next day was my actual birthday. Had a hell of time it was my first college football game. Had a good time when I was there brought back some good memories. Good video also.

As a Buckeye fan I must say that Musberger often seems to like Ohio State very much. He makes great comments about the crowd and seems to like Tressel too. Part of it is that OSU has gotten him high ratings recently, and I think part of it also is that he's been around long enough to appreciate that college football is about atmosphere and tradition as much as it is about winning and losing.

Buckeye fans tend to do the O-H-I-O more in opponents' stadiums than in the Horseshoe. It's fun to "take over" other stadiums - Indiana and Northwestern seem especially easy. I can see where it gets annoying, but it's really a symbol of power.
