@cliffcox66, it's called fission... water being broken into oxygen and hydrogen... and turns into a combustible gas.

yes ur right. to have effeciecy, u hav to isolate each pair of cell..nice vid. kinda epensive experiment here in pinas... mabuhay ka pre!!.
