Anybody have an up date on this group??? They really sound good. I do know Ray Reese is the only original member left. Are they still singing since Big Jim Hamill pass away on Nov. 27th.???? Was a fantastic group.
Yes the kingsmen are still touring. Big Jim has not toured with them consistently since the early 90's. The line up is the same with Harold Reed (tenor), Philip Hughes (lead), Bryan Hudson (baritone), and Ray Reese (bass). As of now, the kingsmen do not have a band, the drummer (brandon..ray's son) is running sound. Hopefully the K-men will get a band together shortly
I put the audio from this clip on cd as well as on my MP3 player and listen to it all the time. Thanks for the post. Thats a kingsmen tenor if I ever heard one! Ernie would be proud!!
To all those who doubted if Harold was Kingsmen tenor material...I hope you hear this one and reevaluate your opinion. Also, take a listen to Glory Road and We Do Not Die. Harold is AWESOME with The Kingsmen!
