I have mixed feelings about Radinat Dawn. Story is meh. You have a bunch of characters to choose from, though a lot of them you only get for a very small amount of chapters to raise to be decent. Some of your favorite characters are totally useless (Zihark, Ilyana). Plus, I'm really big for the support system in FE games, I think it's so fun to see the characters progress through the story. They totally screwed that over in that game. I like the challeneg and gameplay though, not much else.

Radiant dawn is, to me, the hardest english game yet. And I mean not the PC nintendo in-u-lated games but the offical ones.

Also, DK's board was cool, but I loved the bowser board the best. Then again, I always love the bowser maps in any game (All mario parties and mario karts)

Radiant Dawn is pretty difficult, especially when you see how easy the other American games are, but in my opinion, it just takes a few playthroughs to get used to the gameplay and unit strengths. Plus, you can make use of Battle Saves which will help you majorly.

Now Hard Mode in Radiant Dawn is just plain ridiculous and majorly tedious....

I agree. I have played harder games as well. But for the english Fire Emblems I think that that one is at the top. PoR was easier so I guess I was just expecting more of the same. Boy was I wrong.

jagen is a terrible unit. He hogs experience at the beginning of the game, and when you get to part when he is about even with everyone else, his stats are terrible.

@SlimKirby You know he's even worse in the original FE1/3. He actuallty got a boost of 5-30% in each growth rate. (His original growths were (HP,STR,SKL,SPD,LCK,DEF,RES) 10, 10, 10, 10, 0, 0, 0 (3% RES growth in FE3), and his updated growths are 40, 20, 35, 15, 30, 20, 0)

But he still sucks. They revamped him for the remake, and he still is awful, so just imagine how horrendous he was in the original FE1
