Yeah most of the night stuff was either what looked like lightning or power lines being ripped down off of their poles. The stuff with the sky though could be any number of weather phenomena it is not like we understand everything about how weather systems work, case in point balled lightning. The ring thing at the beginning though was interesting, but it looked like it was moving with the clouds so it could have just been some odd reflection from the sun shining through the cloud cover.
The flashes in the sky are most likely transformers connected to power lines blowing up, thus the lights going on and off when one transformer blows up and a backup transformer tries to turn on, resulting in it blowing up as well... Being in Many Hurricanes here along the Gulf Coast I can tell you that I have also see the sky change colors just as you have seen here. These color changes in the sky have NOTHING to do with HAARP and EVERYTHING to do with Electrical transformers blowing up from the shaking of the earth or wind. I saw nothing on this video unusual. @NyghtwalkingMonkey The ionosphere is around the earth and has its own place. By directing waves in to a small area it lifts the ionosphere in that area. Now when you do something like that it gets displaced. One of two things would happen either it will never return to the way it was or it will. Which in this case it does. it snaps back like a rubber band. Thus slamming the earth back with those same waves.

Earth movements are known to cause peizo-electric currents and ionize the atmosphere just like solar flares do. These sky color changes and flashing lights are most likely from that as well as transformers blowing due to the quaking and ionic overload. It happens every single night in the north and south! With the magnetic field in a weakened state like it currently is, then those lights are seen farther and further south or north depending on where you see them.

I am not a skeptic of HAARP but some of those images may be able to be explained. Similar flashes in the sky can occur when power line transformers explode in the distance. I saw this in the winter where I live when we had a very bad ice storm when the ice made power lines too heavy. Greenish "explosions" happened all night in the sky. Now the orange ring in the sky I can't explain, unless there is some kind of electromagnetic energy release prior to a quake that may cause it.

I saw those same flashes all over the sky here in Kansas like an electo-magnetic storm. It looked like lightning in the clouds except there was no thunder. Constant flashing almost like a strobe. While I cant explain the red ring in the sky, in the other clips I see what appears to be normal lightning flashes in an overcast (rainy?) sky. I also hear alot of thunder. The clip showing the sky lighting up in Japan was clearly taken after midnight (see the time code = 00:26) and was probably broadcast because it recorded one of the many aftershocks.
As for the red ring, is it not possible the quake caused it, and not the other way around??? The eq released a huge amount of energy.

Yeah most of the night stuff was either what looked like lightning or power lines being ripped down off of their poles. The stuff with the sky though could be any number of weather phenomena it is not like we understand everything about how weather systems work, case in point balled lightning. The ring thing at the beginning though was interesting, but it looked like it was moving with the clouds so it could have just been some odd reflection from the sun shining through the cloud cover.

The flashes in the sky are most likely transformers connected to power lines blowing up, thus the lights going on and off when one transformer blows up and a backup transformer tries to turn on, resulting in it blowing up as well... Being in Many Hurricanes here along the Gulf Coast I can tell you that I have also see the sky change colors just as you have seen here. Now when you do something like that it gets displaced. One of two things would happen either it will never return to the way it was or it will. Which in this case it does. it snaps back like a rubber band. Thus slamming the earth back with those same waves.

Earth movements are known to cause peizo-electric currents and ionize the atmosphere just like solar flares do. These sky color changes and flashing lights are most likely from that as well as transformers blowing due to the quaking and ionic overload. Just because haarp can heat the ionosphere does not mean it can cause molecular vibrations deep in the tectonic plates and trigger earthquakes. I doubt haarp had anything to do with this

It happens every single night in the north and south! With the magnetic field in a weakened state like it currently is, then those lights are seen farther and further south or north depending on where you see them.
Most of the colors in the sky you're showing are rainbows or the clouds in the evening.

I am not a skeptic of HAARP but some of those images may be able to be explained. Similar flashes in the sky can occur when power line transformers explode in the distance. I saw this in the winter where I live when we had a very bad ice storm when the ice made power lines too heavy. Greenish "explosions" happened all night in the sky. Now the orange ring in the sky I can't explain, unless there is some kind of electromagnetic energy release prior to a quake that may cause it.

I saw those same flashes all over the sky here in Kansas like an electo-magnetic storm. It looked like lightning in the clouds except there was no thunder. Constant flashing almost like a strobe. While I cant explain the red ring in the sky, in the other clips I see what appears to be normal lightning flashes in an overcast (rainy?) sky. I also hear alot of thunder. The clip showing the sky lighting up in Japan was clearly taken after midnight (see the time code = 00:26) and was probably broadcast because it recorded one of the many aftershocks.
As for the red ring, is it not possible the quake caused it, and not the other way around??? The eq released a huge amount of energy.

@morph995 To transmit power you need the transmitter tower and receiver tower. From what I understand You can push the power up there using megawatts of energy and like shoot it down at the receiving end. In the case of the smaller Tesla wireless devices, energy is which is transmitted by the Tesla coil is picked up through the air then a resonance circuit of diodes transistors and capacitors to the LEDs, I'm not quite sure exactly, the circuit diagrams on their channel, I'm not and electrician

The sad fact is, that a billion watts of power coming through the atmosphere could well look like the phenomenon we see in this vid.
It's speculated that at least 4 Corporations (countries) have this type of weapon and that there are weather wars going on to date, probably over a globally accepted oil currency.

If any govt has a facility like HAARP kept top secret then you will always get this valid speculation. The fact is that HAARP can set up resonance with the Earths natural vibration at whatever depth beneath the crust they aim.
We all know what resonance can do with a billion watt power supply, it can cause Earthquakes.
The answer is plain, get the people who are operating HAARP to become transparent and open their books.

Interesting video with very nice footage but the ring is a sunset and the flashes are transformers exploding.Transfomers eplodae all the time in florida here due to the weather,humidity and what not and that's the start of a rainbow in the Japan shots.......that's my opinion anyways:D

I get it! So it makes the earthquake by artificially creating lightning and the resulting thunder is what causes the damage... put first attempted in the early1900's by Nicola Tesla at the Wardenclyffe Tower facility. Although Tesla was going to use it for free electricity not bombing your neighboring countries with high voltage electromagnetic radiation, I'm sure.

The easiest way to know if it's natural or not, regardless of what the Not is, is to look at how many animals died. Like the Indonesian tsunami...no animals died because they intuitively knew to go for higher ground and it is why so many of the Natives survived. In the Unnatural ones too many animals die. @hellbillydeluxe26 I have relations in Chile and one of them said that TODAY there have been so many earthquake tremors its getting scary...I think that something may go down there later in the months....the occultists who rule this world worship the sun, moon...its a supermoon and time for one of their sacrifices....my relation there was very worried about how many tremors there have been today....tremors are not unusual there...but not so consistently...

why would haarp produce light? its low frequency vibrations. The flashes of light you see are more likely a damaged power transformer or pylon arching electricity hence why it looks like lightning

I found out that in 2007 Peru,2008 China,2009 L Aquila,2010 Chile all had these lights. 4 years in a row reminds me of 4 planes in a day getting hijacked on 911. After looking up E lites on Wiki it mentions the possibilities of glowing clouds might be light emissions produced by plasma chemical reactions,disruption of ionosphere or Earth's magnetic field. Now when I read about HAARP and how it works I hear some of the same words as above. Hmmmmm
