Hey.... I made the meringues, and they turned a GOLDEN BROWN! They weren't white, did I do some thing wrong?! Also, they're not very light or crisp, crispy on the outside, but gooey in the center!
There are moist chewy ones (which I hate) and then the dry ones which I absolutely love. They're chalky I guess...like really light chalky but melts in your mouth like cotton candy.
