  • Your levels sound great!!! Yea the AMH is a newer way of testing! As soon as I saw it posted on my centers webpage I was like TEST ME NOW!! Having my diagnosis of DOR (deminshed ovarian reserve) at 29 I needed to know what time line I was really working with!! I really like that you encourage people to advocate for themselves with the TTC journey... if I hadn't advocated for myself I would just be starting the fertilty treatments that give me the best chance!!

  • I'm glad you are thinking of TTC. I just have always thought of you or invisioned you with several kids, you just have so much to offer. I am hoping that your labs are going to give you some answers.

  • @TheBabybound Oh, Brandy, you touched my heart with that comment. Thank you so very much. <3 you! xoxo

  • you make such informational videos.. love it.. wish i could have found you 1 year ago.. keep up the great videos!

  • @waitingtobeblessed Thank you so much! I hope someone finds it helpful someday!!!

  • Testing AMH level is showing to be a better indicator of egg quality / ovarian reserve then FSH level and can be done any time in the cycle. It is fairly new to test level but this but very good indicator for those who are worried about egg quality and ovarian reserve. So if you boarder a high FSH and E2 you might want to ask your Dr. about this. Great video. Getting these test done early can save a lot of time and get a more accurate treatment plan!

  • @Dukes2189 Very very interesting about the AMH. I can honestly say I've never heard of it but am intrigued after Googling it. I think I'm going to ask my doc about it at my next appointment. The web says it helps predict how much time you have left on the biological clock---and as I approach 30 this weighs heavier on my mind. Supposedly my e2 (32) and fsh(5.980) are normal. Do you still think there is value in doing it w/ those levels normal? Very very interesting. That you for sharing!

  • Thanks for the info! My doctor checked my testosterone too.....all my other BW was normal, but my testosterone was a bit high. Not sure what that means yet! Hope all your tests come out okay! Good luck!

  • @MTPlateBlog Ah, yes! Thank you for adding that one in! xoxo, Renae
