@fireparagod Flying Squirrels and Sugar Gliders aren't the same thing, Sugar Gliders are Marsupial mammals and Flying Squirrels are Placential mammals, they are very distant.

It is possible to keep an animal as a pet and still give it a rich fulfilling life.
I would never take an animal out of the wild as a pet, but an animal bred into captivity isn't suited to live in the wild anyway
I am, however, a vegetarian, and do believe that there are a lot of inhumane aspects involved in the way that we treat food animals. Animals kept as companions, with responsible care, is a different story.
@HeyLookaSquirrel Nothing is in-humane about it cause animals are not humans. So we eat meat. it's inhumane to eat other humans. We eat, or supposed to eat meat. we can choose not to eat it, but I would rather enjoy meat while I can.
