  • hey I'm looking at buying an f1 racing clutch just wondering how it's holding up? any problems?

  • @MisterCandyman Its still holding up just fine. There 2 things that u may not like about it, but it is the same with any performance clutch. 1 the clutch is harder to push in, but you get use to get pretty quick, and 2 u sometimes have to ride the clutch a little on takeoff to basically clean off the surface of the clutch to keep it from making noise on takeoff from a dead stop in 1st gear. That is why they don't make these a factory option. I also have 1 in my Celica as well, it works fine to.

  • that clutch wont last

  • @milesprange I hope you are wrong but so far so good. I've already put about 10,000mile on it. Now the clutch master cyclider went out recently but that thing was old over 30,000 miles on it. I bought the car used so it could have up to 62,000 miles on the clutch master cyclider. I'll let you know if my clutch goes out in the near future.

  • Hey man how do you like that f1 racing clutch kit? Looking at buying one for my T/A.

  • How much difference would the 4.10's make over the 3.90's?

  • Probably not enough to really even notice. It would be like adding a 1" shorter tire on the car with 3.90's to make it equal to the 4.10's.

  • nice man

  • @codyschuyler The parts are installed now and man can you tell the differance, the car is really alive now.

  • Is this the C6Z or the C5?

  • Its a c5 zo6.
