  • hey where did you park your car?

"oh outside my cubicle. i like to reduce my walking distance."

  • Hey montel wanna give me yours in 3 years

  • i wish i would have got the cobalt ss for my birthday instead of the four-door:(

  • God. I'm so fucking pissed that GM stop making these. WTF am I going to by in 2-3 years?!

  • my 09 does not have digital gauge was that an option?

  • although its SS and much much faster then its stock model, its still a chevy. buddy has one, after 60k miles your performance dramatically drops, and he takes car of his car like its a child.

and for those that are going to call me a hater, I love both imports and domestics.

and for those asking why im watching if i hate them, the preview picture was the seats, and I wanted to see the seats (as my buddy has aftermarket) and the seats a quite nice :D

  • @bastec666 Well your buddy definitly got a lemon cuz my car has improved in hp and tq since i got it. and i'm at 90,000km. The car isn't even broken into yet. these cars get fully broken into around 120,000km.. I don';t know what your talkin about but your buddy got a bad lemon.

  • Nice looking car!

  • wait the boost gauge is digital now?

  • rpd.... it measures hp, oil preasure, tq, among other things i believe..... it costs 200 dollars extra i think

  • @xcrunnersrock

Only on the cars that came with RPD. The standard pillar still has just a regular boost gauge.

  • @xcrunnersrock yup... goes up to 30lbs too :)

  • oh and fyi the ford gt isnt the fastest track car they have built. recently they built a FOCUS that beats the ford gt's time around the test track. the US wont see it tho. Y? no one will buy a 30grand+ focus.

  • it is coming to the U.S..... and it is less than 30 grand....... about 5 grand less......

  • this car? it's been out, my friend has this exact car and he said it cost like $20-25 grand!

  • wow..... you should really read more then just one comment dumbass

  • thats sad considering the new v6 camaro is in that territory. this car should go for 20k tops!

  • @jdoggie6070 thats msrp You can srsly pick these up off the lot for 18K and trust YOU DON'T want the base camaro you would be hard pressed to even find one dealers won't even stock them..

  • the rs?

  • yea and i like how you dont even mention that pusstang you got.. all that right cause you no you would get it handed to you by the bolt..

  • yea oka so you slap the same exact turbo on the cobalt and the rsx stands no chance. you use the same t3/t4 turbo you got on the rsx and the rsx stands no chance agains the ss and the ss suspension is so much better it would run circles around that rsx. and fuck ford ford circles the problem and honda squares it off. your bros rsx wouldn't touch my dude dans teg on 32 lbs. and his teg doesnt touch my dude t3/t4 cobalt it its that acura up just like it would eat that rsx.

  • no one cares.... just like noone cares about how your 6cyl. mustang can run 15 flat

  • "FAIL" on mustangmikeca!!!!! Come on now.... Seriously???

  • ya no shit he is just a jelous hater!

  • o ya and the cobalts can handle 500+ hp on a stock motor lets see an rsx do that!

  • @mustangmikeca you can get plenty of power out of these Ecotechs, and not just plain out power, dependable power. You get put 450 WHP on stock internals and still have a dependable car. Only thing you would need is a new clutch obviously. And if you plan on making that kind of power, I hope you already bought the clutch haha.

  • @importhater56401 it's factory forged too... That part of the reason...

  • oh yea .... mustangmikeca...... my dudes 01 cavy with a 2.4 would walk on your mustang hands down without a doubt so get your facts straight about the ecotec ...

  • I drove a 2008 Cobalt SS and my bros RSX type S Turbo on only half the boost gets 292 crank HP and is faster than the cheap, low quality Cobalt SS they suck dick FUCK ALL GM HOPE THEY GO BANKRUPT, FORD CAN TAKE OVER

  • Lol we got a Ford fan boy in here. I wouldn't buy a Ford if someone put a gun to my head. Oh yeah and I love the Ford GT, if it starts that is.

  • You love the Ford GT if it starts? What the fuck does that mean? Do they have problems starting because i've never heard of any problem.

  • Wow mustangmikeca, apparently you don't know jack about cars. Now just don't talk and go watch your little Mustang videos.

  • I know the Cobalt SS is a cheap, low resale value crap car with a few performance mods

  • your a pussy

  • mustangmike b4 u only rode in the t/c ss now u drove one and it looks as though ur bothers hp changed over night too. Get ur story straight fag or back the shit up with sum proof. ive owned both the k20 and ecotec and my 03 civic si (ep3) had the a2 heads with a hondata ecu with a few other things est. hp at around 230 and my stock cobalt ss s/c is quite a bit faster. y u might ask because when not in vtec the honda falls on its face so u have to keep it above 4800 to do ne thing

  • @itsgayricky Yeah Vtech is nice, but when you're not in Vtech, they are very poochy. I have raced plenty of Honda's and I win because of that every time.

  • okay guys lets talk about an 08 ss t/c vs. a 08 si not a damn slow ass ss s/c come on now... the si would get trashed hands down. done it before and aint afraid to do it again.........

  • I can't wait to get this car when i can afford one when i get out of college and get a good job, right now i have an 02 monte carlo...i love it....but i got that cobalt SS in Midnight Club:La...and i'm getting that car black, with the red interior...I love it.

  • mustang mike what is with all these "if I"'s????? do it then go beat a cobalt, i can be like u though, if i swap out the stock eaton supercharger with the eaton tvs i could push less psi in boost and get more hp, do some research jackass before u start talkin shit, every car could say if i throw this on there i could be faster, wait this is even better, I DID port my s/c and got a full retune and i went from 19 psi to 17 psi and now im pushing even more whp

  • Well i would certainly like to see that race. All the sources i have consulted(Magazines, websites, books) are downplaying the SI for having a weak engine and narrow powerband. Not saying any of it is true, but i do know on paper that bone stock, the SS would beat the SI.

  • My 2008 Civic Si would beat that piece of shit

  • Your fucking hilarious! Your Si would not beat that car. Know why? My cousin's 2006 cobalt SS/SC walks Si's daily, and the new turbocharged has around 260whp stock and my cousin's cobalt has about 255whp. So learn your shit!

  • If I turbo my Civic Si it's 290HP on only 6PSi the Cobalt is on 12PSI bitch

  • Yea that would make your can not stock moron. Your stock Si would not be able to beat either of the Cobalt's whether its turbocharged or supercharged. The psi varies. My cousin's cobalt ss/sc was at 10psi then something happened and we had to take it to gm and it came pushing 12psi then he got stage2 and he was pushing around 16psi and now he is pushing 20psi at top end of 3rd gear.

  • All thing being the exact same the Civic Si would get more power than the Cobalt you little cunt

  • A 05 Cobalt SS/SC would DESTROY an 08 SI. The SI only has 197HP and it's acceleration sucks without mods.

  • yeah and add a turbo with the same boost as the SS and the Civic Si would destroy the SS

  • Too bad the SI costs more than the Cobalt stock, and would costs thousands more with a turbo swap (and then u get no warranty, either)

  • Well the extra cost would be made up because the Civic has better resale bitch

  • man for someone that hates the cobalt ss you sure like to look at the videos. Whats up with that?

  • just hatin on them I look up Focus SVT videos beacuse I like them

  • i love the high profile wing. its on my car! who gives a shit if u cant see out the back window. and 205 hp my ass. under rated for insurance reasons. im thinkin 235-245.

  • I like the high pro wing on it too.. gives it character. The Cobalt ss/sc have 205whp stock, and the Cobalt ss/tc has around 260whp stock. A good race is a Cobalt ss/sc with stage 2 vs Cobalt ss/tc stock.

  • I WANT THAT CAR!!! I've got pretty much the exact same thing, only '05. I know the low profile spoiler is better for vision out of the back window, but i frickin love the high profile. And, no, the Caliber SRT-4 has 285hp. The Cobalt only 260, but the Cobalt does not share the Caliber's high center of gravity or oversteer in corners, which is why the Cobalt has the superior acceleration. Sadly, the Cobalt will be discontinued in '09, being replaced by the Chevy Cruze for 2010.

  • Why would you want that piece of shit

  • Could someone please tell me why this car does a quicker 0-60 time than the 2009 Dodge Caliber Srt4 ?

    Thanks

  • Caliber srt-4 is heavier and I believe has less power now.

  • thanks

  • your welcome

  • and also the cobalt ss will keep pulling due to aerodynamics

  • traction..and a little lighter than the srt4.

  • thanks

  • lol.lmao.oooh

  • Your a fag..............Losers like you get ripped off on everything, not just cars.... I love clowns like you, You don't trust shit, and you get fucked all day.
