His sentence was 14 years, minus time served which was credited 2-1. So after his credit it worked out to be ten or so years and parole eligibility after half his sentence. He filed an appeal, athough his prison sentence stayed the same, his parole eligibility was moved up a year.
Im in tears bro. how long was that bastards sentence? life without parole wouldnt be long enough. i hope he gets raped every day in the joint and then the day before release gets killed
