actually playing this one i have not used a metronome, in fact the timing is not so even : ). But i always practice all the exercises with the metronome ( on 2 and 4 ). If i will have the time i will put another version with the metronome.
i used this exercise and sure it helped me a lot to develop some other aspects of my playing in a more "real" situation. I will suggest to try it. It could open some doors for you. I always use the exercises and the transcriptions to develop my personal style. In a similar way in wich the more books you read the more stories you could tell.
In a real situation i do not use this exact exercise but surely something related to all the things i have practiced.
thanks, omg its so many things to practice. i guess one never have time to master all things. i practice many hours every day, but the moore i practice the moore i see new things to practice. haha.
Me too i love to practice my playing and still constantly do it everyday : ). It's fun to practice.i always try to discover something new and grow with it. it's a never ending process.
Is that a Gibson L4 CES you've got there? Thanks for sharing this stuff!
