I watched this dude grow up. this is my former high school, i wish these haters stop wit the bull. A lil know fact for all you haters....This kid was so good Coach Rodriguez offered him a scholarship before he played his first varsity game....THATS A FACT THINKS TO COACH BROWN. all because of the comebacks forcier had (notre dame, and indiana) almost michigan state and iowa (played hurt a lil) that everyone think hes the answer remember he had the head start because of enrolling earlier..i like the kid but hes human and the wisconsin,purdue,ohio st game his awarness sucked even tho the defense he played against was extra ready for him he really didnt make anything happen oh yeah and roy roundtree made him look good torwards the end

ok i know Denard didn't play good as a passer and maybe switching to tail back isn't a bad move for Michigan but please don't think that Forcier has the job if you watched michigans last 6 games Forcier played awfully bad. in the ohio state game in the 4th quarter denard was the one who moved the offense and forcier turned the ball over way too much qb position at michigan is wide open

@tearlynj u hav 2 realize that the "kid" played hurt no different than the Sooners QB shoulder problem just good enough that surgery wasn't required but he need time to heal & played thro the pain. Iowa he wasn't responding to the coach & he looked sick he had a concussion Iowa D was awsum last year so that kid took a pounding I thought the OL needs improvement but you cant blame it all on the QB! the Defense was playing hard from the start but later really suck which = bad field position

Which I have a feeling he won't at the QB position. I mean, he has time to grow...but I think it's unlikely. He's just displays no signs of being a compitent passer at all.

Best case scenario is Cornelius contends for the starting position, but looses out to Tate just do to the fact Tate's been in the system....Denard makes a decision on wether or not he wishes to stay @ Michigan, but at another position....This allows Devin to be redshirted.

I watched Gardner play in the Michigan State Championship, He didn't look special at all, he had one good pass and that wouldn't have even been done without a spectacular catch by his wide receiver. This guy looks better overall.

This kid looks very impressive. If he doesn't start at qb I would look to see him at running back. He does an excellent job of finding holes and making the right reads. Having CJ at running back DG at qb and DR in the slot Michigan would be unstopable. Imagine the trickery that could be excecuted with three qb's with that kind of speed and athleticism in the backfield. It's exactly what will finally put a big ten team over the top. Maybe not next year but the year after.

jjpierce think outside the box a little. Hes probly gonna be a reciever. Tons of highschool quarterbacks switch from quarterback to reciever at the next level. Even if he doesnt play he can always transfer and if he stays hes getting a great education from one of the best schools in the country. Having competion is never a bad thing

I really don't get why hes comming to Michigan...He has scholarship offers from some D1 school that he would have a chance to start at but instead hes comming to Michigan to ride the pine for his career...its doesnt make sense...we have forcier, gardner, robinson...Does he really think he has a chance to play at all any time in his career? Why not go to a school he has a chance to start at and maybe have a career past college at?

Dude, you really think Denard is still in this equation? they've already been experimenting with him @ slot. His horrible play and then this kid commiting sets it up pretty nicely to have Devin redshirt and learn the system.

but that is what they are trying to do. Denard didn't have spring practice like Tate did. That is 15 spring games & he missed reads during the season & you kno u hav to be in-sync with the wide outs. Obviously one of the fastest QB's I've ever seen if he can throw better he'll be great. Lets at least give him the "CHANCE". I have to say that Tate is very small has gotten stronger but we need several guys that can play. We were down to the 3 string qb once before.

I disagree with the Garner lovers--terrible mechanics. This kid will develop better than Garner and hits the hole much faster. Regardless of Forcier's future, at some point he will be the qb--better athlete.

This kid is similar to Kevin Newsome, strong runner, maybe better speed. I'm not sure if his arm is stronger than Newsome but they are both raw.

Seems to be more like Denard Robinson, kind of a run first QB, anxious to see him throw more, hopefully he's better than the scouts are seein in him, he's got good form and raw talent. Either way, Michigan finally has a shit-load of mobile talented QBs. And to think...we would only have 1 if Pryor came to michigan..and we would be sucking right now
