This is great - I have flown Emirates before but it s..ks and the service is poor. They do have even the slightest idea of customer service. I recently got bumped from Business class on an Emirates flight and it is going to be the very last option to go with Emirates ever again. I have flow Swiss to Dubai several times and it is always great....

Emirates are good if a bit bling, this is classy and cool, a simple design but it oozes quality. My favorite first class cabin!
