Kill all the corsairs (pirates with guns) on planet ardolis. After beating Cap'n slag however, you cannot do it until you restart the game and get back to ardolis.

Wrench Slam everywhere you go, and go to all the small corners and pockets, also, the stone barriers used by kronk and Zephyr need to be destroyed. If you do it correctly you should have it by the time you get to the court of azimuth.
