whats the difference between lifting a different body part on each day of the week and lifting the same group of muscles 3 times a week?? isnt once a week not enough??
i heard it is only possible to digest about 30 grams of protein in one go ,most shakes are usually about this so three a day leaves another 180 grams for me . i try to make this up with tins of tuna.nuts or chicken between my breakfast ,lunch and dinner sticking to 30 gram servings .got bad guts taking to much in one go after a couple of weeks.

Eat Chicken one day, Turkey another day, Steak another day then Fish another day. Those are GREAT sources of protein. Add some apples and cucumbers, etc. and your all set. And despite the guy in the video's advice, most would suggest just 1g per pound of body weight. Your diet should also be high in protein, not just relying on whey.
damn, i rly have to start commiting myself to a proper workout routine... i only weigh about 9 stone ( dunno pounds ) but i can curl about 30 lbs which i feel is good for me lol. but seriously i dont work the rest of my body enough. anyone else have similar obvious flaws like this? :D

Thats actually not much. Most Pro bodybuilders bump it up to 2g of protein per lb of bodyweight on their offseason to gain mass.

yeah but as your muscles get stronger your body adds more muscle and your body starts to get used to the stress and resistance you won't feel as sore if at all. on my bicep days i work them at least half an hour.
