No plane struck building seven. It had fires burning on a few floors that it was designed to easily withstand. One of the leading demolition experts in Europe took one look at the footage and said it was without question a controlled demolition. 1200 architectural specialists have risked their reputation to campaign for the truth on this specific issue. Building seven is the smoking gun. they did this right out in the open and the people believed whatever they were told.

Once again for the mentally challenged, the radio traffic about "controlling" the fires was from the 78th floor where only a wingtip hit. It was from Orio Palmer. The fires were much worse on the floors where the fuselage hit.

We had plastic products (computers), paper, carpet, desks, and other items you would expect to see in an office building, all burning. The jet fuel burned off in a massive fireball so it wasn't the source of collapse.

Once the collapse began on the fire floors (where no explosives could have survived the impacts & fireballs), the downward force of the top block of floors was too great for each lower floor to withstand. No fire was required to weaken the columns of the lower floors. The sheer energy in the collapse overwhelmed the resistance.
Lots of possible reasons for black smoke. Besides, do you know how hot oxy-deprived fires can get?

A total pancake collapse of a skyscraper can only happen in demolition - especially 3 buildings in one day.

No plane struck building seven. It had fires burning on a few floors that it was designed to easily withstand. One of the leading demolition experts in Europe took one look at the footage and said it was without question a controlled demolition. 1200 architectural specialists have risked their reputation to campaign for the truth on this specific issue. Building seven is the smoking gun. they did this right out in the open and the people believed whatever they were told.

@PoetryHound Whie I can tell he's talking about the Firemen indicating to pull the men attempting to put out the fire, primarily due to the already huge loss of life and they didn't want to risk more men in a building that may or may not collapse, that really doesn't explain the BBC's mistakes. The only thing I can think of in regards to the BBC is they were extremely misinformed on what buildings were what. Hell I remember the media reporting bombs had gone off on bridges, but they didn't.

On that other hand, you got a lot of things wrong. You interpreted the FDNY radio transmission incorrectly. You mistakenly claimed black smoke automatically equals oxygen-deprived fire. Are you contacting your representatives or federal agencies and demanding information? If you're in VA, you can drive to the capital and visit your congressional delegation. @ezndatre BTW, there is no rule that says “black smoke = oxygen starved fire”. Sure, in some cases (such as a wood fire) this may be the case. But in the WTC there was far more than wood burning. We had plastic products (computers), paper, carpet, desks, and other items you would expect to see in an office building, all burning. The equation that you present us (black smoke = oxygen hungry fire) is highly simplistic and fails to take into account what might actually be burning in the towers.

@bagintree ..Yes- I know how hot oxygen deprived fires can get because I have been a firefighter here in VA since 1996 and I know that O2 deprived fires do not get hot enough to weaken steel. I also know that your excuses as to what happen (not facts) are garbage also. One day you will see that you were lied to bagintree. @ezndatre Sorry, but 600C is indeed hot enough to weaken steel. But no one in the FDNY says the fires were weak or oxygen deprived. There's just one and only one group of folks who make that claim - 911 conspiracy believers. No fire protection engineers or metallurgists or forensic engineers have made that claim.
Well, if something I said was "garbage" in your opinion, be specific. Tell me why I'm wrong. Don't just slam your fist on the table & insist the buildings were imploded. That's silly.

@PoetryHound..In this case it meant oxygen deprived fires because when you look at the various recordings of the towers and building 7 immediately before collapse, there are no extremely intense fires burning, only small ones that the FDNY mention several times over the radio traffic that they could get control of but what was stopping them was the constant after explosions from whatever source. The jet fuel burned off in a massive fireball so it wasn't the source of collapse.

@ezndatre The FDNY radio transmission about "controlling" the fire was made from the 78th floor, where a wingtip had passed through. Imagine what it was like up on the 81st floor where the fuselage hit.
There are no FDNY who say the fires in WTC 7 were small. They say the opposite. All videos show only portions of the north and west facades. Unless you have some sort of retroactive x-ray vision that allows you to see the east & south sides & the interior, you can't tell the extent of the fires.

If the buildings were so weak because they "didn't have to comply with code" they would have fallen with the impact of the jet. All I see is BLACK smoke coming from the towers (sign of oxygen deprived fires) so the fires didn't weaken the steel (NIST) nor did the impact of the jet make the building fall.

@ezndatre They withstood the impacts, but the fires finished the job. Once the collapse began on the fire floors (where no explosives could have survived the impacts & fireballs), the downward force of the top block of floors was too great for each lower floor to withstand. No fire was required to weaken the columns of the lower floors. The sheer energy in the collapse overwhelmed the resistance.
Lots of possible reasons for black smoke. Besides, do you know how hot oxy-deprived fires can get?

See, I'm sure your smart enough to understand that there must be certain conditions at play in order for a building to PANCAKE collapse. The main one being demolition. You're talking like the towers were weak or something, but the top half didn't separate from the base being hit by a 747 flying at 500 mph which is some EXTREME "kinetic energy". OK -Then that means the steel had to weaken on all floors in order for the buildings to TOTALLY collapse right? Please explain to me how three buildings free fall in under 20 seconds if ALL of the steel construction didn't fail? And by the way, all of the buildings in the past that collapsed from fire only collapsed partially and they burned for days - not two hours

@ezndatre You said all the steel was supposedly weakened by fire. That's incorrect. The steel on the impact/fire floors was weakened by the fires. Once the collapse began, the tremendous kinetic energy did the rest.
The twin towers didn't collapse at free fall and only 15% of WTC 7's collapse was at free fall. So you got that one wrong too.
Nope, not all buildings that collapse from fires burn for days. Another thing you got wrong.

You're still wrong about that. No one makes that claim. If you think the NIST report is full of holes, then please point out the sections and page numbers where you think they lied or got things wrong.
As for steel buildings, yep, some have collapsed from fire before. So you got that wrong too.

My only issue is if the plane impact and subsequent fire weakened the steel at the point of impact, wouldn't only the upper floors of the tower collapse at and just above/below the point of impact? The fire did not burn LONG enough to weaken the steel throughout the entire building to cause complete structure failure resulting in pancake collapse. A total pancake collapse of a skyscraper can only happen in demolition - especially 3 buildings in one day.

How does fire on the upper floors of the towers "weaken" the steel all throughout the 110 floors of BOTH towers (and # 7) enough to cause total pancake collapse. Not possible. Especially since the buildings only burned after the crash for two hours. It's not like ALL of the floors of the towers were on fire all day. I'm finished trying to explain "common sense" to a blind person and maybe one day you will open your eyes and see.

The "official" story claims the steel was weakened by the intense heat from the fuel and subsequent fires thus causing it to melt resulting in building collapse. Their has been reports of steel frame buildings burning for weeks before the steal was actually weak enough to make the whole building fall. My father is a architect and he was surprised the buildings fell so fast. Another thing my father pointed out was that the buildings could have fell because the impact of plane weakened the steel along with fire, so the steel literary bended to one side.

@bagintree..That is just one engineers viewpoint. Here's another's engineers viewpoint. Google Richard Cage interview. I have listened to the "real time" radio traffic of FDNY that day and not one firefighter said anything about large fires in ANY of the buildings. There is radio traffic of firefighters saying that they hear explosions coming from the building just before collapse though.
steel melts at 2500 degrees F
jet fuel burns at 410 degrees F

@ezndatre I've shown you evidence the towers were exempt from the NYC bldg code. If you have evidence they were NOT exempt, present it. Richard Gage (not "Cage") is a crackpot who makes all sorts of ludicrous claims outside his area of expertise (architecture, not engineering).
For the second time, check the FDNY oral histories where they talk about large fires and instability.

b. go look at the video that shows only the bottom floors of WTC 7 on fire - nowhere near enough to cause complete "free fall" structural collapse of a steel reinforced structure

Please do your research before you respond to me because I've done mine. There was no large fires "shooting out the windows" of WTC #7 (only small controllable ones) and therefore where was the heat necessary to weaken the steel of a nearly 50
