The year numbered forty, is a symptom of the need for fiber, this is because certain processes can slow-down. Keep it moving, while drinking enough water to keep that insoluble fiber hydrated. If enough water isn't added to the fiber, it will block up that process, so remember to drink at regular-intervals.
