  • you are a brave and cool person. TY. I am 46 and have PTSD. I know what you say!. Still scared to get help, but just wants a hug a long time. My house burned down, that was the trickier. Before I was so coo, could deal with anything!l. But when my house burned down, and my soon stood there in his underwear...you are right. It does not really matter what tricks it. Only that someone should have been there...Thank you so much for sharing. And bless U

  • Thanks for sharing. Great to see you got through that depressive/suicidal phase. Major respect to you. Stay cool :)

  • you are really beautiful.

  • I have PTSD since the death of my son and finding him gone. I have flashbacks of finding him that cause me great anxiety for 2 plus years. I sympathize with anyone having this. AND you do shut yourself off. No one listens or cares, really.

  • You are such a sweet girl and your story made me well-up with tears...and I hardly ever cry. I'm so sorry that this has happened to you and I hope you are doing better these days! *hugs*

  • Thank you for posting this. I have a similar story. This helped me so much.

  • hi X4592, could you please tell me the detail about what happened...

i got paper work from my class about PTSD in children and i think your story is very interesting..

    thanks

  • Very good video, impressive that you want to talk about this, explain it to other people so they can understand what people who have this are going through. You have my respect for that!

  • so what was the event?

  • i cant seem to sum up your story with PTSD without actually knowing what happened, it sounds like you got blamed for something you did not do and everyone just turned against you, or you cant accept what you did and it lingers at the back of your mind, makes you upset.

  • @gamerglazer

I was blamed for an event that destroyed the strength and integrity of my family. It was something I never had any involvement with; it was a horrible grade-school rumor gone sour. Being blamed for something so tragic is what made my PTSD that much worse. I'd be happy to give you more details in a private message if you still don't understand.

  • @X4592 ok, if thats ok with you can you pm me about it more(ill keep it secret).

  • @gamerglazer I hope you never understand because if you don't understa

nd you don't have this disorder...i am still in tears....she was describing my feelings so well....

  • @poppypaulsarit me to it takesover your life

  • i too am 19 and jus got ptsd...i know. Thank you SO MUCH for the vid it has truly helped me. i took your advice and went to my family (my mom) for her support instead of isolating myself in the basement and actually made her watch ur vid along wit a few others. she filled me with the love that i needed so desperately and its thx 2 u!! its good to know that im not the only one and that it can and will get better! really thku so much you seem like an incredible person.staystrong, we will be happy

  • @TylerMolloy1

I'm really glad this helped you. I always tell myself that what I went through was worth it if it can help even one person. Good luck in your recovery!

  • :) you are very strong, it gives me hope that someone of a simillar age can cope so well thank you

  • @juzblazejr

I'm glad I could give you hope... some days I cope well, others I don't... it's always a long road getting there. :)

  • Great video. You really touched on a lot of the important issues regarding PTSD. Thank you for sharing and making one feel better that we are not alone

  • sorry for the repeat comments... I didn't think that it posted the first time...

  • It was brave of you to speak out on this.

If people have someone that they trust and can turn to for help when they experience a trauma, it does indeed make a world of difference. When instead, someone is thrown back onto their own defenses, they learn to cope in unhealthy ways. Isolation is a killer and I can say this from experience, only having recently broken mine.

Your vids keep getting better, kudos~*

  • Thank you very much. You helped me.

  • @ledylanclair

    Glad I could help! :)

  • Great video, X4592! I'm really sorry about your condition but I'm really glad that you're doing much better! - thehost91
