what is temporal becoming? i didnt understand what he meant when mentioning that concept

And does the B theory hold a view on whether the future is finite, potential, or actual? But i do already understand it claims that time is illusory to begin with and constant and depending on where you are at in time as to what humans would call what they see as the present....so that means according to B the future is an Actual infinite or finite correct? cant be potential since the events already there
