@Yunahot123 yes you can..all you need it the clothes and hair,some even make the whole sim to dowload with clothes,hair and all..you can find these and many other mods,hacks,stuff for your sims at modthesims@com

@Yunahot123 after you have them just install as the directions say,go to create a sim then click the button that looks like bunched up ppl "existing sims" then they will be under there,if not then they didnt show and will need to find another one or figure out why..but yes thats all you need to do
