Nice and Loud! The finest qualities you can find in a V-8! (And only in full-size Chryslers like these can you find legroom in the entire car-not just the front!)
Make sure the vintage machine is in top condition - suspension, brakes, etc. For this stunt raise tire pressures about 20% and fully engage parking brake 1/3 into the 30 -40 mph turn. Above all -- be safe - smoothest pavement and plenty of space :D
Ordered new in PA with Police drive train, 383 hp, sway bars, brakes, posi, by a retired Officer, no lights or gauges as it was his personal car. I added later wheels, exhaust, and 1962 2x4s
I love that car and would enjoy seeing more detail! If you ever decide to part with her, let me know. I would like a Fury that served, as mine never saw active service. I am now in the market for a 57 Plymouth but may put that off for a discharged unit. What state are you in?
She has, but I lost the tape of those anti-grav events and the perfect dip road near me has been leveled. Perhaps in the future if the right conditons arise? Two 65 Sport Furys I built also took wing then.
My driver is the resurected Silver Special 4drsd on my channel. For parts try Ebay often and Hemming's Motor News for a list of yards throughout the country.
This machine was ordered new with most police equipment available by a retired officer with dealer connections. Some items were not installed since the vehicle was not employed by any law enforcement agency. A list of what she does have is included on one of my E-Mirage videos.

This is awesome. Just awesome. I love how the car disappears for a while, then the crescendo leading up to the skid.... so cool.

Beutiful.
Absolutely.
I'd like to find a right hand drive model without an engine so I could put a diesel in it, since fuel costs nearly £5 ($10) a gallon here!
tpvalley 4 years ago
Here diesel is more expensive. Did Chrysler produce right hand drive full size cars in the 60's?

Some big USA cars were sold to african market, pontiac was.
