  • This seems to work my legs more than anything. I needed a new work-out, (I can't really do my crunches right now due to my fractured / healing ribs.), and though it's not really working my stomach, it's still pretty good.

  • Been doing this since January. Helped me get back into exercising and teach myself how to bellydance (the basic workout they are wearing blue in is awesome as well) I'm sweating. That NEVER happens. Kudos. Its tiring but you feel so GOOD afterward!

  • @TheWhitePearlPrinces i recommend trying their other video. There is one running around of the twins that is in Russian - but just follow the movements. It focuses more on the hips and torso movements. Between these two lots of videos it's a good all body workout (not on the same day though, oh lordie!) with the twins!!!

  • Unfortunantly I have soccer 5 days a week, and I only get to do it once a week because I am so sore I can't do the exerizes for the other day. I may do this more over the summer, but once a week on the days i don't have practice is fine right now. (:

  • Did this just now and while I had to break twice I didn't think it was all the intense, then I felt my back and it's practically drenched! I'm impressed, it doesn't feel like so much of a workout during but after you really start feeling a burn!

  • My mother gave me this video when I was 15 and I used to love it.

  • Just remember to switch up what you do or else it you wont feel the same. I used to do H.I.I.T and I lost weight (20 lbs), but after doing it for so many months, it wasn't challenging anymore and I wasnt seeing the same results. Plus, the same thing for every workout gets boring XD Eat healthy! :D

  • I hate cardio, I have asthma and it's hard to run and I feel like I'm not doing anything when I'm walking unless I'm going somewhere. I'm SO glad I decided to try belly dancing it is so much fun and I love the twins! I have all these vids as workout playlists, and then I have a personal one to teach me the moves. That one's not nearly as easy to pick up as these are!! The fact that they've been around is testament that they work! Thanks for uploading! :D

  • I do an online school, and physical education was about learning how to build muscle and keep healthy. My teacher had me pick a workout and I think I'm going to do this one. I'm soooo sweaty, my room smells, but I feel great. Sounds like a fine compromise.

    I'm looking to lose 30 pounds. This sounds like I'll meet my goal by May. I've already picked a healthy diet.

    I'm looking forward to doing this again. :D

    i eat normal. dieting will only cause hunger. it's best to eat a normal 3 meals a day, or 6 small meals a day. Food= energy= more fat burn since you won't be too tired to work out.

    just avoid things like, soda, candy, chocolate, chips, cookies....

    eat real home cooked food. :)

    eat real food. and only when you are hungry.

    You have to control your erges, there really isn't anything i can help you with. You just need to learn to say no. Self control is the key to everything.

    Instead of eating a bad of chips, eat a baked potato. instead of eating hot dogs, eat some Turkey, or chicken, or even beef. My point, eat food that is real food. not junk.

  • @Phillschic same here! and congrats to you :) I lost about 50lbs in less than a year when I changed my diet and began to do this routine 4x per week (as well as jump roping each morning). I am positive that not only my weight loss, but my endurance and overall energy levels have all improved thanks to these ladies.

  • @ivnat13 yes :) but you have to be patient. for some people results happen in 2 weeks, and for others, it might take a bit longer. it all depends on your body, and how much fat you need to get rid of.

  • @PinkLeopard80s Pasta is considered real food. You can east pasta, BUT understand that your stomach is only the size of your 2 fists put together. Once you feel full, stop eating it. You don't have to eat everything off your plate. Save the rest for when you feel real hunger, not mental hunger.

  • @Ruks7rox well, for me i had a lot of fat to lose. Results didn't appear till about the 3rd or 4th week, where i discovered i was losing inches, during the first month i was still getting used to the actual workout so there were times where i needed to take breaks. I lost about 5 lbs and 2 inches during the first month.

    In reality, weight loss is not quick depending on the amount you need to lose. It's not about how fast you lose weight, it's about persistence.

  • @calichickita no. I was in school at the time so i did not have time to do other exercises. Also, in my culture, we don't really eat junk. So i never had a problem with food. Everything we eat is high in nutrients. I didn't have to "watch" what i ate simply because i don't eat junk point blank. I never have, and i never will. :)

    The only thing i needed to do with food is stop when i feel full.
