@starfedrogue Not really. The music was used first on Amok Time, but it was used once more in the episode they are parodying, "The Gamesters of Triskelion". The arena and 'costumes' are clearly from that episode

@MasterMacLeod The problem is that FG is nothing but a cascade of non-sequitors, mediocre jokes stretched to more than a minute as well as sex-and-gore taboobreakers. Even bad Simpsons still has a somewhat intelligent humor - although they tend to drift towards pop-culture-references as of lately. Family Guy is and has always been "Farts are funny!"-level of humor.
