hi' dj yoda' i appreciate your work but how do you mix the video if your using a djm800 only' sorry for my ignorance but i have a set of svm and 4 dvj's. 100's and i do mix the real music videos of the artist... are you using a video interface connected to your 800's thats connected to your faders? again sorry for bringing up the questions. @legomousse tnx lego' for answering that for me' but i think what he's doing is not real at all' first the dvj's are not turned on, and definitely a djm 800 doesn't have a video in&out' tnx again!

@thegoodvillain1 you should do your research before calling this fake.Djm 800 has a midi output that could be interfaced with an Edirol V4 which is a video mixer;meaning that fader movement on the DJM 800 is controlling by midi the V4 video mixer.Alternatively the setup could be using a Pioneer Vsw-1, and by way of the controller cable option on the Djm 800, the Dvj and the Vsw-1 all these things could be communicating. This is most likely the V4 which is hidden because it's not Pioneer product!

@musikmusak ok' but i did my research and everything' he doesn't even touch th vsw1 at all' and with the edirol v4 i have them too' sorry to say bro like i said i got 4 units of dvj;s and an svm and this act is hard to follow' it's all pre-mixed with videos and a lot of edit to make this video really look real' cheers!

@thegoodvillain1 well honestly I never really looked into the dvj x1 so I can't really comment on that product but can't it be synced with the mixer(with the controller cables?).

What is done in this video is very similar to what he does live.

I'm not sure if we are agreeing or not here lol. The routine here is very much studied and he must have practiced loads .. so is it fake or real ... who knooooows?! :P

Hi, I'd just like to lay the whole 'it's a fake' issue to rest.

It's not a fake, what you see is what was recorded (in several takes and several angles). I know because I directed/post-produced this video.

The reason that the lights don't appear lit is that the trick to getting a crisp image is to blast with light and lower the Gain/Iris. Unfortunately, this kills low-level light sources.

i think the whoel dvd thing is cool, but can never see it being that big. how many people are going to look at a screen in a club, for more than a few seconds at a time anyway. and it must take so much time and money to find and manage videos as well as tunes. man, if i had to find videos for all my music it would take years!
