@RadioJens this was after the Music for the Masses tour with DM, at that moment it was the That Total Age Album. This is 89 Belief. This is their definitive album. Some songs later (kick it) where better but this album had everything. They are still preceding DM on the Eur and USA leg of their tour and between DM shows they are performing has a stand alone act. Saw them in Antwerp on 23/01/10 (was them first in 87 in Overijse at a club), the gig was incredible !
GREAT! I remember that gig very well - I´ve been there at Technoclub anniversary at Dorian Gray/Frankfurt! This was the best concert ever and the only one I rember which processed in a service tunnel of the Frankfurt airport ;-) Many thanks to the poster!
this guy makes you wanna go out and kill fight and smash smash smash...it's so simple...I think because it was evil that didnt get more play like the lighter tech groups of the 80's...these fuckers kill ! ! !
HAHAHAAA!! Except in the 80's, their MAJOR fan base were in GAY UNDERGROUND CLUBS! (U.S. East Coast). NE's fans were the artsy, intellectual "outsider" kids. The violent f*ckers you're talking about where the drunk Heavy Metal fans. And PS - they didn't get more play because they were considered "electronic" and lumped in with Punk/New Wave before Industrial, Goth, etc. splintered off. But thanks for the imagery of gay men and artsy Depeche Mode look alikes running amok! LOL
please don't project your personal faggotry onto electronic bands you cock gobbling, poom sniffing faggot ball licker. every band you named is straight.
synth music was massive in the 80s. human league, falco etc. all went number 1 on both brittish and u.s. charts for weeks.
@peace0ff I'm a old New Wave Kid, a straight female to be exact. I had alot of gay friends and use to go to 80's underground clubs... I was being sarcastic! I LOVED Nitzer Ebb and alll the synth pop bands you just named.
