It sure is... i cant think off hand but the clouds form a HEX or pentagonal shape at one of the poles. THere is barely a straight line in nature more than a few mm long yet Saturn has this thumping big big geometric organisation in the upper atmosphere. o.O

Given that Saturn has a huge electromagnetic field and is a frozen gas giant is it possible this (and other factors) create the strange radio waves. There is so little we know about the solar system and our little probes are primitive. In another few 100 years perhaps we'll have an explanation or at least a much better understanding of this phenomenon. Then again some scientist may insightfully come up with a reasonable explanation much sooner.

Think of how we send messages; we chop them up and send them, they then reform on the other end where they are received. Maybe this is only a piece of signal. Therefore, it sounds like gibberish. To get anything usable you must scan on all frequencies. This compensates for any disruptions in the signal and produces a clearer message. I hope this was of any help. :)
